This policy explains information handling for fastplusvpn.site and the Fast Plus VPN service. Fast Plus VPN is the public-facing operator name used here. Contact info@fastplusvpn.site for privacy questions or requests.
2. VPN activity and connection logs
Fast Plus VPN’s operator states that the VPN service does not retain activity or connection logs, including records of browsing activity or retained source-IP connection histories. Network information must be processed transiently to establish and operate a connection. The no-logs statement concerns retained VPN records; it does not mean that no network information is processed at all.
This is the operator’s statement, not a claim of an independent audit. Website access records, advertising-provider processing, and messages you send to support are separate categories described below.
3. App analytics and advertising
The operator reports no separate analytics or crash-reporting services and identifies Google as the advertising provider. The published Android package contains Google Mobile Ads SDK code. This in-app advertising integration is distinct from the website’s Google AdSense setup. Advertising-related processing is separate from the VPN no-logs commitment.
Google’s Mobile Ads documentation describes processing that can include IP addresses, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. 4. Website server records
Our hosting infrastructure records ordinary web access and security information, which can include the requesting IP address, request time, requested URL, response status, browser user-agent, and referrer when supplied. These records help deliver the site, investigate errors, and protect the service. They are website records, not a record of traffic carried through the VPN.
The web server is configured for daily log rotation with 14 rotated archives. Actual retention can vary with rotation timing, security investigations, and hosting-provider records. We do not claim that website visits are log-free.
5. Website cookies and local processing
The current website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load a third-party analytics library, or load advertising runtime scripts. Fonts and visual assets are served from this site. The Google AdSense account meta tag and ads.txt publisher entry identify the publisher; they do not themselves display advertisements or set cookies.
The download checker reads a file you select inside your browser and calculates a fingerprint locally. It does not upload the selected file. It requests public release metadata from this website. The checksum-copy button uses your browser’s clipboard function when you choose it.
6. Google advertising and your choices
We are preparing this website for Google AdSense. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including using prior visits to this and other websites. Personalized advertising may use information about activity across websites.
You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center and read about Google advertising technologies. Where Google requires consent for advertising, we will use the consent controls required by Google before serving ads to affected visitors. Until that advertising setup is activated, this page does not claim that a consent platform is already operating.
7. Email correspondence
When you email us, your email address, message, attachments, and email metadata are processed by the email services involved and by us to handle your inquiry. Share only what is needed. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unrelated personal information.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle the issue and associated operational or legal needs. We have not published a fixed deletion period for support messages. You can ask us about or request deletion of correspondence using the contact address above.
8. Providers and disclosures
Hosting, email, and advertising providers may process information needed to deliver their respective services. Provider-controlled information is subject to their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. The VPN no-logs statement does not create stored VPN records where none are retained.
9. Security
This website uses HTTPS, security headers, and locally hosted resources. These measures reduce certain risks; they do not guarantee that every device, message, download, or connection is completely secure. Keep device protections enabled and report suspected website security issues through our Contact page.
10. Requests and choices
Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Email us with the request and enough context to identify the relevant interaction. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing information. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
Advertising choices managed by Google should also be reviewed through Google’s controls. You can stop visiting the website or using the service, but that does not automatically remove messages you previously sent or provider-controlled records.
11. Children
This website and its educational material are not directed at children. Do not send us a child’s personal information unnecessarily. If you believe such information has been included in correspondence, contact us so we can assess the request.
